DictToR

convert a SAM dictionary from vcf,sam,bam,dict, etc.. to R code functions.
Usage
This program is now part of the main jvarkit tool. See jvarkit for compiling.
Usage: java -jar dist/jvarkit.jar dict2r [options] Files
Usage: dict2r [options] Files
Options:
-h, --help
print help and exit
--helpFormat
What kind of help. One of [usage,markdown,xml].
-o, --out
Output file. Optional . Default: stdout
--prefix
prefix name. If empty try to use build name, if it is available
Default: <empty string>
--regex
keep chromosomes matching that regular expression
Default: (chr)?[0-9XY]+
--version
print version and exit
